Please come and inspect a room. If you like it, all we need is a deposit.
- Deposit 10,000yen
If you cancel the room, the deposit can not be returned. When you vacate the room, the deposit will be returned.
How to pay the deposit
Send the deposit by Express Mail Service or a bank transfer, or bring the deposit to the office. We will let you know our postal address or bank account number by e-mail.
How to move in
- Bring your passport copy and rent for the first month.
- Fill in the form and sign a rent agreement.
- You will get the key and you start a new life in Kyoto !
How to move out
- Clean the room.
- The room will be checked by our staff.
- If there is no problem, the deposit will be returned.
- Please return the room key.
